Transaction Currencies
All currency represented on this site is in Australian dollars ($AUD), except where notified on our currency converter on the ordering page. This currency conversion is to be used as a guide only. If ordering from a country other than Australia, the customer will be charged the equivalent of their order in local currency depending on conversion rates at that time. All prices include GST.
Refunds / Replacements
One of our key motivations for working in this industry is that we love flowers and the pleasure they bring.We want you to be happy with the flowers we provide to you or your nominated recipient.
If you have a complaint about our flowers, the only thing we ask is that you let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace all flowers, within 48 hours of receiving a complaint (as long as long as reasonable care was exercised by the recipient). We do like to have the flowers in question returned to us and they should be available for pick-up with the replacement delivery. Should the circumstance warrant, we will look at other solutions. Just call us on 1300 florist (1300 356 747) Monday to Saturday to talk to us about this or any issue you have.
If your order cannot be delivered for any reason we will notify you as soon as possible to organise alternative arrangements.For any concerns or enquires regarding your order, please contact us on 1300 723 977 within Australia, or +61 2 9906 4666 if calling from overseas.Refunds/Replacements will be dealt with on an individual and personal basis.

How it works
When you are on a secure page, any information you transmit will be strongly encrypted to prevent hackers from intercepting your credit card information and using it wrongly. Your privacy and confidential Information
At The Flower Factory Privacy is policed very strictly
It is the policy of florist.com.au not to store any of our customer's credit card numbers. Once you have placed your order and your credit card has been verified as legitimate, the transaction occurs and your credit card details are disgarded by the system. If there is an error processing your card for any reason, (e.g. the card number you supplied is invalid) transaction will be revoked. Although we do not store your credit card details, all credit card transactions receive a unique identification number that proves the transaction's acceptance into the banking system. This identification number can be used to trace any transaction back to the credit card issuer (eg; the bank that issued the MasterCard, Bankcard, or VISA credit card).
Furthermore, we won't ever pass on your purchasing history or any personal details to third parties without your express agreement.
International Deliveries
The Flower Factory can deliver flowers throughout the world with the reliable Interflora system. A transmission fee of $13.00 will be charged for any orders going overseas. Orders must be placed 24 hours ahead of delivery date.
Availability of individual flowers may vary according to season. If you have special requests for overseas orders or if you are not sure if we deliver to a certain country, please send an e-mail with all your enquiries.
